We started Shine & Star Behavioral in Edmonds and surrounding communities, because we believe every child deserves to be truly seen — not just managed, but genuinely understood. Behavior is communication, and our mission is to help every child grow into their fullest, most confident self — with or without a diagnosis.

Meet the Founder
Augusta is the Founder & Lead BCBA at Shine & Star Behavioral, trained at the University of Washington. She started this practice to create a space where every child is welcomed, every family is supported, and therapy feels like a natural part of daily life — not a chore.
Augusta also creates bilingual ABA parenting content in Chinese, making behavioral support accessible to Chinese-speaking families in Seattle and beyond.
